Air New Zealand has continued ordered for a time cycle to reinstate a flight attendant sacked for sitting downward within the duration of turbulence.
The man Randall Wulff, a flight attendant of 14 decades and earlier union boss, was dismissed in 2008 when the airline discovered he could not be relied on to emulate safety procedures.
It declared Mr Wulff had committed "serious misconduct" when he sat lessened in neutral to careful turbulence over a flight to Vancouver.
A just-released Employment Court ruling out of judge AA (Tony) Couch finds the decision was unfair and unreasonable.
