A hospital executive who testified against ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich was mum in the wake of the jury's guilty verdict on clearly one count.
Patrick Magoon of Children's Memorial Hospital testified he thought Blagojevich was threatening to cancel a district aid increase in value unless he came up through $25,000 in campaign donations for the then-governor.
Magoon wan't operating Tuesday ensuing the jury convicted Blagojevich sole of lying to government agents. The hospital supplied a statement arguing it respected the legal process.
Prosecutors say properties intend to retry the case.
