the AMUPMDC 2010 Application Forms are also available at Select Centers of Punjab National Bank (PNB) on cash payment of Rs 500/-
The AMUPMDC CET 2010 Application Forms will be available by post from AMUPMDC Office Mumbai on payment of Rs.500/- DD in favour of AMUPMDC payable at Mumbai with additional DD of Rs.100/- for postal charges.
